Do you have a satisfaction guarantee?

We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, please call us on 01235 847393.

Returns & refund policy

If you are not satisfied with any product, please call customer service so we can quickly correct the issue.  PESI UK gladly accepts returns within one year of purchase for a full refund*. 

*Requests made after the first 6 months of the original purchase date and within one year will be refunded to a Gift Card. 

 

Method of Payment

Please note we can only process refunds to the original method of payment.  We are unable to refund courses that have been completed.

 

Long courses

Due to the limited availability of certain long courses, we operate a 30-day FULL refund policy, (please consult the relevant course information page for details).  After this period, we are only able to refund 50% of the course value.  This is because spaces are limited and cannot be replaced.

 

Packaged Items

Please contact customer service before sending any packaged items, so that your order can be tracked. If you no longer have the packing slip from your order, please ask customer service to email one to you. Customer service can be reached at +44 1235 847393 or info@pesi.co.uk.

Please print your packing slip and place it in the package with the item(s) you are returning. In addition, please include a note explaining why you are returning the item(s). You can send your returns to the address below.

My PESI UK account

I know I have an account, but the website is not allowing me to login. What does this mean?

Most likely, your login information is incorrect. Please use the reset password facility.

How do I update my email address on my account?

To update your email address on your account, select the “Click here if your e-mail address has changed since your last visit to our site” link on the registration account login page. 

I purchased a programme, but the website is not allowing me to login. How do I access the programme that I've purchased?

Please login to your account. Your purchases will be accessible from your “My Account” page. 

How do I get access to the materials for a live webcast, digital recording or online CPD course?

To access the course materials, please login to your account. You may access the materials by clicking the “Handouts” button. For live video webcasts, the handouts and materials are usually not available until 1-2 days before the webcast date.

Payment and payment options

Which forms of payment are accepted?

You can register or order products online (a secure site) or by telephone with a debit/ credit card.

Does PESI UK accept purchase orders?

Yes, purchase orders are welcome. You can email a signed purchase order form to us from your organisation.

My organisation is VAT exempt. How can I get VAT waived?

We must have a copy of your organisation’s VAT exemption certificate on file in order to waive VAT. Enclose it with your registration, product order, or invoice payment. Valid only on registrations/orders where a company is named as the bill-to.

Does PESI UK have discounts or scholarships?

We do not have scholarships; however, we do offer discounts for students in their first four years of undergraduate training. Please email us and request a discount.

Live events

How do I register for an event?

You can register online (a secure site) or by telephone with a debit/ credit card.

Do you have group rates?

Most of our standard events offer special rates for small groups pre-registering at the same time. Please call us on 01235 847393 for information on special rates for groups of 5 or more.

Do you have student discounts on events?

The student discount (only for those students who are in their first four years of undergraduate training) is usually 30% off the events standard rate. To register as a student, please send a copy of your training organisation/ university dated acceptance letter. We will verify that you are a student via your training organisation/ university first before issuing the discount.

Will I get a confirmation and payment receipt?

Confirmations and receipts are sent via email. They include venue contact information and event check-in time. You can also confirm your registration by phone or email enquiry.

What is included in my live event registration?

Registration for our standard events includes continuing professional development hours and a continuing professional development certificate. For conferences, please refer to the conference webpage.

Are lunch and parking accomodations included?

For our events, parking fees (when applicable) and lunch are not included in your event tuition. Please contact the event venue for parking information. For conferences, please refer to the conference webpage.

Do you offer special rates on overnight rooms for attendees?

If we are hosting an event at a Hilton, overnight room rates might be reduced. Please contact the hotel to find out more and secure your room. Do have a look on the internet as many offers are available.

Is there a registration deadline? Can I walk in?

Once the standard registration rate is in effect, there is no registration deadline, but space is limited. Most of our events offer an early-bird registration rate for individuals registering early. The early registration deadline date for each event is mentioned on our website. We recommend pre-registration to make sure there are enough event manuals on site. We do allow walk-in registrations when space allows, but admittance cannot be guaranteed. If you are planning on registering at the door, please do not pay with cash. We accept debit/ credit card payments only. Walk-in registrants are ineligible for discounts.

CPD certificates are distributed to your online account at the conclusion of the live event for those who pre-register and are in full attendance.

I'm trying to register someone else, but I accidentally registered myself. How do I delete my registration?

Unfortunately, there is not a way for you to delete the registration through the website. Please contact us on 01235 847393 and we can correct the registration for you.

Does PESI UK allow for substitute attendees?

Yes, we allow substitutions at any time before the event start date. Please provide the substitute's name, profession, email address, contact phone number, and address in advance of the event.

What is your cancellation policy?

In the event you are unable to attend a workshop, conference, webcast or retreat please send a cancellation email to info@pesi.co.uk.

If you contact us before the event date, you may exchange your booking for the event recording (if available), booking to attend another event, or a refund. We are cancelling all cancellation administration fees of £50 during this unprecedented time to give you greater peace of mind when booking with us.

If you contact us the day of the event or after, you can receive the event recording or a gift certificate.

Occasionally, changes are made due to speaker availability, participant demand or unforeseen circumstances. While PESI UK will do everything possible to ensure participant satisfaction, PESI UK's liability is limited to the event fee only.

Who should I notify if I need physical assistance to attend your event?

Please register early, and then contact us at 01235 847393 or at info@pesi.co.uk to notify us of your registration and needs. Please notify us as soon as possible.

At a live event

What do I need to bring to an event?

You may want to bring a note pad or tablet for note taking. We strongly recommend layered clothing because meeting room temperatures may vary. You may be asked to bring special items to certain programmes.

Can I record the event?

No. The event is the property of PESI. We often offer the recording to attendees at a discounted price.

How can I get in touch with one of your speakers?

Please email us at info@pesi.co.uk. We would be happy to relay a message to the speaker.

When will I get my CPD certificate?

If you have pre-registered for an event and your account has a unique email address, you will receive an email after the event with a link to complete an evaluation for the event. Once you complete the evaluation, your CPD certificate will be available for you to download, print, or email to yourself in your account.

Online CPD

What is an online CPD course?

Online courses are web-based, go-at-your-own-pace courses. There are no set times that you must be logged into the course, and you will have access to them forever. Your payment for the online course includes the post-test(s) for the programme.  The post-test(s) may be accessed by signing into your account. After you successfully complete the post-test online, you will able to download or email your CPD certificate immediately.

How do I access the programmes I've already purchased?

Please login to your account. Your purchases will be accessible from your “My Account” page.

How do I access the online test for my programme?

You can access a post-test by logging into your account. On your “My Account” page, click the “Certificate” button under the test that you wish to complete.

Does PESI UK offer organisational pricing and subscriptions for products?

Yes; organisational subscriptions are a great way to provide quality education for all staff members. Please call us on 01235 847393 to discuss this further.

Livestream events: The video livestream is an event with audio and video live-streamed directly to your computer. Since this is a broadcast, you attend on a specific date and time. The live webcast format is a great option for those who wish they could attend the live event but cannot be away from the office or for those who simply prefer to gain their CPD from the comfort of their home/office rather than travel.

Digital recordings: Digital recordings allow you to either stream the content across the internet or download directly to your computer or other digital device to watch at your convenience. You may stop, start, and rewind the programme as needed. Whether you stream or download the recording, the content will be available to you for as long as you like.

How do I get access to the materials for a programme?

To access the course materials, login to your account. You may access the materials by clicking the “Handouts” button. For live, the handouts and materials are usually not available until 1-2 days before the webcast date.

How do I get my CPD certificate? Is there an additional fee?

For live webcasts and digital recordings please login to your account and complete the test. For live webcasts, the post-test must be completed within one week of viewing the programme. There is no deadline to complete the post-test for digital seminars.

For online courses, your payment for the online course includes the post-test(s) for the programme. The post-test(s) may be accessed by signing into your account, clicking the green "Launch Online Course" button, and clicking the "CPD Tests" or "CPD Certificate" tab. After you successfully complete the post-test online, you will be able to download or email your CPD certificate immediately.  

Can I share the programme I purchased with my colleague?

No. Purchases are for individuals only.

CPD

How do I find out how many CPD hours are available for one of your programmes? How do I get the certificate?

CPD hours can be found on the programme’s webpage under the “CPD” tab. A CPD Certificate will only be issued if you have complied with and completed all required procedures.

CPD Certificates are distributed at the conclusion of the live event into your online account for those who pre-register and are in full attendance.

I lost or need a copy of the CPD certificates from an event I attended. How do I get a replacement?

Please login to your account and download it from there.

Are CPD hours available for your products?

Yes.

CPD Certificates will be issued upon successful completion of the programme’s post-test and evaluation. Post-tests consist of multiple-choice and true/false questions. A passing score is 80%.

How do I complete the post-test for a product?

Post-test completion options vary by product format. For all product formats, a Certificate of Successful Completion will be issued upon successful completion of the programme’s post-test and evaluation. Post-tests consist of multiple-choice and true/false questions. A passing score is 80%.

When will I get my CPD certificate?

If you have pre-registered for a programme and your registration account has a unique email address, you will receive an email with a link to complete an evaluation for the programme. Once you complete the evaluation, your CPD certificate will be available for you to download, print, or email to yourself.

If you did not receive an email after the event, please click here. This tool will allow you to complete the seminar evaluation/test to retrieve your certificate. 

I am not able to access the evaluation online, can I still get my certificate?

We are able to send your certificate via email once we receive the sign-in sheets from the programme so that we may verify your attendance. This process typically takes 1-2 weeks from the date of the programme.

Online CPD library subscription cancellation policy

The initial subscription requires a 12 month commitment; during the twelve months of the programme, users will not be able to cancel their subscription.  Users' credit cards/ debit cards will be automatically charged at the beginning of each subscription cycle according to the purchase date.

Should a subscription be cancelled before the 12 month period, the subscriber is liable to pay the outstanding amount of the months not paid. All rights are reserved.

Because our product offerings are constantly changing, we do not have printed catalogues. Our online product store is continuously updated with our newest programmes.

How do I play the DVD I just purchased?

Your disks will be played through the media player on your computer. For help with playing your disks, please refer to our CD/DVD Instructions.

Will PESI UK DVDs work in my DVD player?

Yes. Our DVDs are in Universal Disc Format or UDF. They can be used in DVD players internationally.
